Solution Architect PLM and Supply Chain (all, 80-100%)


To complete our IT team, we are looking for a qualified person who is motivated to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the success of our company with their expertise as of April 1 or by arrangement.


Do what you love:

IT Ownership of business process area product lifecycle management (PLM) & supply chain
Proactively collaborate with the business and product owners in analyzing, designing, and planning requirements and leading IT projects. Develop potential solutions for business needs or optimizations
Identify opportunities for customer-centric process improvements, while being responsible for the end-to-end process on IT side. Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
Define the value of improvements and adaptions of our solutions and measure the success of the implementation
Coordinate the external suppliers in designing scalable and reliable technical solutions that will meet the business requirements in the best way
Coordinate and manage the quality, security and reliability (monitoring, testing, release management) of our solutions and the end-to-end business processes
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth integrations of new digital solutions into the existing architecture
Make sure that solutions and processes are well documented and monitored. Ensure hand-over of operational tasks to IT service delivery team and external service providers
2nd level support, supporting knowledge buildup in the 1st level support team

Play to your strengths:

Studies in business informatics / computer science and business administration or process management education
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience and experience in business analysis and requirement engineering/process modeling
Very good knowledge in at least one of the business process areas product lifecycle management and supply chain
Good experience in PLM and/or Supply Chain platforms
Solid experience in ERP systems, preferably in Microsoft D365
Good collaborator, knowledge sharer and a deliver to promise attitude
High flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills in terms of technology and business processes
German and very good knowledge of technical English (oral and written)
Passionate about the mountains and outdoor sports in general
