We are looking for a IT Finance Project Manager who will support our client in theirs activities.

The IT Project Manager will support the Business Project Managers and Application Owners with the realisation different project phases, from feasibility study to closure, via the following responsibilities:_

- _IT Scope, budget and planning management, in line with ICRC Project Management Framework_
- _ _IT risks and issues management; escalation management_
- _ _Creation, maintenance and monitoring of IT project schedule within MS Project Online_
- _ _Preparation and animation of IT project status meetings / Scrum meeting_
- _ _Align and provide coordinated and responses to business stakeholder_
- _ _Joint preparation and animation of Steering Committees in line with the Business Project Manager and IT Project Managers_
- _ _IT resource and capacity management_

- _ _External supplier management_
Profil:

- _ _Experience in financial IT projects (Accounts Payable, General Ledger,)_
- _ _5 years' experience managing complex IT projects_
- _ _5 years' experience in both agile (a must) and waterfall project methodologies (ability to manage different streams in parallel)_
- _ _Proven experience in new technologies projects_
- _ _Experience leading external Partners_
- _ _Experience in facilitating interactive workshops and interviews with multidisciplinary team is a must_
- _ _Out of the box thinking abilities_
- _ _Strong interpersonal skills_
- _ _IT University Degree (Uni, EPF, HEC) or equivalent qualification_
- _ _Proficient English speaker: fluency in French is an asset_
- _ _Project Management certifications (at least one of: Prince 2, PMI, Hermès)_
- _ _Scrum certifications (at least one of: Scrum Master, Product Owner)_
- _
Experience in Intelligent Document Processing, Optical Character Recognition, Robotic Process Automation_
- _ Accurate and analytical_
- _ Solution oriented_
- _ Ability to work under pressure_
- _ Capacity to handle several projects in parallel and to prioritise work_
- _ Clear oral and written communication in English, French is a plus_
- _ Excellent collaboration skills, ability to find compromises_
- _ Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams_
- _ Respect for humanitarian values_
- _ Experience of multicultural and international environments_
