Multichannel Customer Engagement Manager.

The position will be based in Zurich (Switzerland) and reporting to the Director Customer & Commercial Excellence of the Swiss Affiliate.


The position

  • As the Multichannel Customer Engagement (MCE) Manager, you are tasked to lead the MCE development journey across the Swiss Affiliate by developing the MCE ecosystem, establishing strong processes, inspiring people with what is possible and equipping them with the right skills & capabilities.
  • In addition, your tasks will also be to:
  • Create, update, and evolve Multichannel Engagement (MCE) strategy, in alignment with Local, Regional and Global strategic imperatives and provide strategic sparring to Department Head and Customer Experience functional lead around MCE
  • Evaluate MCE performance and leverage insights from Customer Engagement Analytics tools to optimize current strategy and adoption of the MCE ecosystem
  • Lead selected MCE projects or support implementation of regional MCE initiatives
  • Lead MCEcapability, skill building & knowledge sharing within crossfunctional teams and across the Affiliate
  • Actively contribute to the development of the department

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or above in relevant area (e.g. business administration, IT, economics, science)
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant fulltime work experience in Customer Engagement, Multichannel/ Digital Marketing or similar, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong project and stakeholder management experience and comfortable and effective in a fastpaced, energetic environment as you collaborate with other functions in a matrix environment
  • Experience in working within digital development project is a plus (e.g., as scrum master, product owner or similar)
  • Knowledge and experience of website analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager & Adobe Analytics; Power BI / QlikSense; Salesforce ecosystem)
  • Strong understanding of the digital technologies available and keen interest in the development of technologies, platforms, and ways of interacting in multichannel working environment
  • Fluency in English; German would be of a high advantage
