Our Internship Program is open to students who want to gain practical experience in one of the various career fields at the heart of the financial services industry.

Over the course of this in-depth, comprehensive program you make valuable contributions to the bank's work, develop skills, expand your knowledge and grow in confidence.

You participate in exclusive events, shadowing days, real-world business challenges and demanding tasks to extend your experience and create valuable networks in the bank and the wider sector.

By the end of the program you gain a rich, varied insight into our work at Credit Suisse and the industry in general.


Start date:
February 2023 or March 2023


Duration: 6 months


Academic requirements:
Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility


In this role, you shape Credit Suisse's future talent pipeline and contribute to the overall people strategy by supporting our approach and communications towards the Campus segment (University/FH students and graduates) in line with the global Campus Recruitment strategy.

To position us as employer of choice, you plan and support recruiting and image events at Swiss universities as well as the launch of strategic initiatives and communication campaigns.

The role encompasses project and event management in collaboration with internal (Employer Brand Marketing, Recruitment, Business representatives) and external stakeholders (Partners, Vendors) as well as supporting related administrative processes.

There are key internal and external communication channels and tools (e. g. social media campaigns) that you are supporting and that help us in managing various stakeholders. Furthermore, to act as the competence center regarding Campus talents and generational topics you support strategic analysis and reportings.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • fluent French and excellent English language skills. German is a plus.
- interest in event management, virtual technologies, and social media
- fast grasp of new situations and good self-organization skills
- a curious and open personality and a drive to learn and grow
- a proactive, independent and flexible working style with good communication skills and a strong work ethic

  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
