    Inetum Suisse SA à Genève , recrute actuellement un LEAD TECHNIQUE MICROSOFT CRM D365 ET POWER PLATFORM SENIOR afin de satisfaire le développement de son activité autour du CRM.

    Vos principales missions sont les suivantes

  • Analyser les besoins
  • Rédiger les spécifications techniques
  • Participer à la conception technique et au développement
  • Réaliser les tests et la mise en production
  • Proposer des évolutions et d'optimisations techniques
  • Participer aux phases de maintenance évolutive et corrective
  • Conseiller et participer aux formations interne/externe et assister les utilisateurs

    • Profil

    De formation supérieure en informatique, vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projet Dynamics CRM, expérience pendant laquelle vous avez mis en évidence votre aptitude à travailler en équipe et développé la relation Client. Le sens du service Client, une certaine aisance à l'oral, rigoureux, autonome et organisé.

    Compétences techniques et qualités souhaitées :

  • Vous maîtrisez les technologies suivantes : JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, Html5, XML, C#, ASP.NET, .NetFrameworks, Package SSIS, Xamarin (IOS et Android), PHP, SQL Server, MySQL, Json
  • Vous connaissez les outils suivants : SSDT, Azure devops, Visual Studio, XrmToolBox, SoapUI, GitLab
  • Une expérience D365 on-premise de minimum 2 ans
  • Expérience Interfaces CRM-ERP Microsoft
  • Vous avez au minimum une Certification Technique sur Microsoft Dynamics et sur Microsoft Power Paltform
  • Vous avez une expérience en développement web et mobile
  • Vous avez au minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance
  • Une expérience de travail et de gestion d'une équipe nearshore serait un grand plus
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, proactif et êtes techniquement curieux
  • Vous êtes doté d'un bon relationnel et aimez travailler en équipe
  • Langues : français/anglais obligatoires
