YOUR MISSION
- Ensure the field presence of the Givenchy and Kenzo brands in German speaking part of Switzerland (direct relationship with the stores). Develop the business in a context of fast growth and strong ambitions.
- Boost the sell out in compliance with the commercial policy defined by the
Sales Director:
Be a driving force and carry out a competitive watch to identify best practices in the field.
- Build a strong network and the "Brand Love" on the field. Be the favourite commercial partner.
- Negotiate local commercial actions (animations, local promotions etc.).
- Manage interim staff and monitor the top doors performances. Monitor booking according to budget and manage relationships with agencies.
- Train retailer's Beauty Consultants, organize events like masterclasses, Beauty Consultant coachings quarterly
- Identify opportunities for the brand to grow in Switzerland (e.g., Competitive benchmarks, local animations, BC management).
Profile:

- A transparent communication based on trust and respect
- A team player with an appetite for challenges and growing businesses
- Language: Swiss German / German / professional English, basic French is a plus
