    Wir sind ein Gründerteam (Backgrounds: HSG, ETH, BCG, Goldman Sachs) mit Track Record in Investments und Entrepreneurship. Im Mittelpunkt eines frisch gestarteten Roll-up-Unternehmens bieten wir ein außergewöhnliches Private-Equity-Praktikum an. Dies ist deine Chance wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich Private-Equity-Investitionen zu sammeln und direkt an strategischen Projekten zusammen mit unseren Mitgründern zu arbeiten.

    Aufgaben

    • Strategische Analyse: Durchführung von tiefgreifender Recherche und Analyse zur Identifizierung potenzieller Investitionsmöglichkeiten
    • Akquisition & Strategy: Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und dem Akquisitionsprozess, Beitrag zu den Wachstumsstrategien des Unternehmens
    • Due Diligence & Dokumentation: Erstellung von Investitionsmemoranden, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen zur Unterstützung der internen und externen Kommunikation
    • Organisation: Du baust mit uns die Organisation von morgen und arbeitest mit internen und externen Parteien kollaborativ zusammen
    • Industrie Expertise: Du bist informiert über die neuesten Branchentrends, Marktveränderungen und den Wettbewerb

    Qualifikation

    • Sofortiger Start möglich, Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 3 Monate ()
    • Erfahrung in M&A, Strategieberatung oder wachstumsstarken Startups wird hoch bevorzugt
    • Leidenschaft für Finanzen, Private Equity und Investmentbanking
    • Scharfe analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem ausgeprägten Auge fürs Detail
    • Selbstständig, lernbegierig und mit starken zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
    • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
    • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
