    your main tasks
    • Demand Management (business requirement collections from local Key Users and transfer to Central ICT for approval and prioritization)
    • Project Management of Local initiatives and Roll out management for international projects (localization of the central platforms, roll out on field level)
    • Monitoring Local daily operations, including server hardware, software, network and operating systems (within the team and with support of ICT Vendors)
    • Coordinate and supervise Local ICT Service suppliers
    • Manage ICT Security & Privacy for local applications and services, according to Central ICT Team guidelines
    • Assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations
    • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department in coordination with Local business, Central ICT Team and international procurement team
    • Coordinate and supervise Local IT staff members

    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Fluent in German & English
    • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services
    • Deep knowledge of Retail Business (Gastronomy is a nice to have)
