HR Business Partner (temporary March - Nov %
Männedorf, Zurich

Your contribution
We are looking for a temporary HR Business Partner as a maternity leave replacement.

In this challenging and important role, you will support the assigned divisions in all HR-related matters and drive the HR processes for these areas.

You will be part of our journey to bring talent attraction, people development and our HR processes to the next level.

Be the first point of contact for the line managers and for employees of the assigned areas
Coordinates HR processes, including recruitment, for the assigned areas Advice and counsel line managers in resolving complaints, personnel problems, immigration concerns, policy questions and other HR related topics
Supports the reviews and creation of HR policies, processes and guidelines in line with the Global HR policies and programs
Work closely with the respective business controllers for budget, headcount and planning

Your background

Basic Commercial training or FH degree; Bachelor in HR relevant study would be beneficial
Several years of experience as HR Business partner
Experience with Success Factors and SAP-R/3 HR would be a plus
Curiosity, courage, enthusiasm and a pronounced service orientation
Fluent in English and German would be an advantage
