- Perform literature and patent search related to the product category
- Define the areas to explore and the trial plan in collaboration with Nestlé colleagues
- Plan, prepare and run kitchen trials and/or pilot plant trials
- Organize raw materials ordering, product analyses including sensory, and release of samples
- Organize meetings with concerned team, and regular update
- Document, report and present project results internally to the company
- Currently studying a Master's Degree in Food Technology or similar
- Experience and/or strong interest in product development and product ingredients
- At ease and cooperating well in a team, autonomous, organized, pro-active
- Good written and oral English communication, presentation and reporting skills.
