The Position**:

As the organiser of some of the biggest and most iconic sport events in the world we lead the way in the sport and event industry.
We are now looking for a

Employee Engagement Manager that is part of
-
FIFA and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:
Deliver an always-on editorial calendar, including news writing, content creation and publishing.
Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives that inform and engage employees in FIFA's Vision and priorities and drive an employeecentric culture.
Organise impactful employee events that actively support business needs and priorities, including town hall meetings, webinars, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Manage and further develop FIFA's internal communication channels, including a dynamic intranet and related platforms.
Build community and connection among employees, promoting a shared purpose and passion.
Manage the Engagement inbox, providing timely replies to senders.
