Clinical Support Specialist Capital Equipment Mitek

Position overview

The Global Orthopedics business of DePuySynthes is comprised of Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Spine, Sports Medicine and Velys Digital Surgery & Capital Equipment.

Collectively, these businesses are passionate about helping patients along the care continuum — from early intervention to surgical replacement, with the goal of helping people return to living active and fulfilling lives.

In this position you will play a major role in the J&J Medical organization You will report to the DPS Velys Digital Surgery & Capital Equipment Lead and will drive together with the Mitek Sales Force Capital Equipment Mitek products.

This exciting job will be different every day You will establish a network with key opinion leaders, surgeons, nurses, operating management, purchase departments and professional associations.

Being present in the operating theatre is therefore a crucial part of your tasks and you will be considered as the technical expert for this exciting product portfolio, where we see a lot of business opportunities.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

You will present together with the sales force new products and explain and be an expert on technical features
You will support workshops and congresses and will work closely together with customer service and sales force
Taking the lead for trainings and briefings, as well as for installations of medical equipment systems
Customer visitations will be an important part of your role and also active support during operations for your product portfolio
Support for medical and sales relevant trainings for customers and sales force
Collaborate with sales force Mitek, CE Mitek product manager and platform lead, as well as with the Velys Digital Surgery team
With a confident and friendly appearance, you will deal with medical stuff and surgeons
Maintain knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market
Adopt Credo based principles in all interactions with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:
