Responsibilities:

You contribute fully to the improvement of the efficiency and quality of assembly of our hydraulic products
You improve the efficiency and quality of assembly to meet new requirements
You develop and build templates and assembly tools
You identify and map the business, support and steering processes
You are responsible for the referencing and management of tools
You will participate in workstation audits and various improvement projects
You lead projects for the implementation of Lean tools in the workshops

Your profile:

You have completed your studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering or a field deemed equivalent and are available for 1 year
You have experience in production or the will to develop yourself in this field
You are fluent in German and have a good knowledge of French and/or English
You are familiar with the MS Office suite and a CAD software (CREO)
You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, analytical and organizational skills
