We are looking for a
Scrum Master (PL) to strengthen our team working onsite with our strategic partner in Bern.

Tasks:

Developing a team into a successful, selforganized agile team.
Facilitation of Scrum events that support collaboration, recognition of impediments, and continuous development of the team
Support and facilitate SAFe ceremonies and collaborate on ART activities and focus areas.

Your Profile

Scrum
Master
certified or comparable work experience

Sound practical experience as a Scrum Master in a highpaced agile environment
Adept at using
agile collaboration
tools (
Jira,
Miro,
Teams, and
Confluence)
