- Conveying the quality vision to other departments.
- Ensuring that the products meet the quality, regulatory and environmental requirements of the company and the Swatch Group
- Setting up and monitoring risk analyses within the framework of new projects
- Setting up and supervising the quality control process
- Managing continuous improvement in relation to non-conformities and consumer feedback
- Drawing up the audit strategy to control the quality level according to the brand's standards
- Defining the certifications and labels necessary for the quality of the production system and the products
- Reporting on quality performance
- Engineering degree (microtechnology or electronics) or equivalent with Quality training (TQIII or equivalent)
- Experience in the Quality field (Quality Manager) and in leading projects and work teams
- Good knowledge of Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), knowledge of databases desirable
- Understanding environmental science and rules

Languages
You are fluent in English and French. German would be a plus. Any other languages are an advantage.
