    Job Purpose and Summary

    You are in charge of the management and the development of our Solutions offering in collaboration with the Sales crew and by constantly optimising the Sales processes. In this context, you are the connection point between the Mid Market/Enterprise Sales teams and the other departments (Marketing, Service, Business Operations), developing collaborative platforms like leading successful virtual teams.
    Besides this leadership role, you are also in charge of analyzing the data from our different tools and databases and of delivering information and conclusions that support business decisions for MME.​
    From a career perspective, this role represents the perfect foundation for a career development into Sales or People Management.

    You will need

    • Academic degree (Uni/FH) in Business & Economics studies and/or experience in similar role.
    • Experience in Sales and/or Consulting in a technology environment
    • Very good skills in the MS Office Suite and agile in managing ERP/CRM tools ​
    • Fluency in German and very good English capabilities in writing and speaking are a must. French is not mandatory but an advantage
