- Sie sind für das Einrichten von Produktionsapparaturen zur Vorbereitung für die Prozesse sowie für die Durchführung verschiedener organisch-chemischer Prozesse an PLS-gesteuerten Mehrzweckanlagen unter cGMP zuständig.
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in der Handhabung von hochaktiven Substanzen (bis < 0.1 mg/d).
- Sie dokumentieren die ausgeführten Tätigkeiten nach cGMP-Richtlinien
- Sie sind bereit sich vollumfänglich an die Einhaltung der Betriebsvorschriften und der Vorschriften bzgl. Sicherheit, Qualität (cGMP), Hygiene und Ökologie zu halten
- Sie sind für die Überwachung von Infrastrukturanlagen wie Heizungs-/Kälteanlage, Umwälzpumpen, Vakuumpumpen, Drucklufterzeugung, Demineralisation, Lüftung und Abluftreinigungsanlage zuständig
- Sie überwachen die Produktionsabläufe mehrerer Projekte
- In ihren Aufgabenbereich gehört die Reinigung der Apparaturen nach internen Vorschriften sowie die Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturarbeiten im Betrieb
- Sie besitzen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant
- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Pharmawirkstoffen mit
- Sie können praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich cGMP vorweisen
- Sie haben von Vorteil Erfahrung in präparativerChromatigraphie (Schwerpunkt HPLC)
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und haben von Vorteil Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind zuverlässig und schätzen es Aufgaben exakt zu erledigen
