Vos missions au quotidien:


This VIE position is within the Credit Administration Department, whose 4 employees are mainly responsible for setting up and monitoring loans and their collateral (lombard and mortgage loans), processing bank guarantees and producing loan-related contractual documentation.

This department performs a wide variety of tasks, collaborating with numerous departments within the Bank, and more closely with the Front Office, Credit Advisors and Credit Risk Officers.

Your role requires setting up and managing lombard and mortgage loan files, especially:

  • Loan disbursements;
  • Entry of commitments and guarantees;
  • Drafting of loan agreements and contractual documentation in collaboration with the Legal Department;
  • Handling of the department's daytoday tasks (entering fixed advances, setting up credit limits, monitoring Lombard and mortgage loan maturities);
  • Participation in various ad hoc projects of the Risk Department;
  • Production of various reportings and specific monitoring;
  • Business support in relation to credit files;
  • Processing of bank guarantees, insurance policies and DVP files.

Et si c'était vous ?:


  • Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance, Economy or Law;
  • A first experience in Private Banking would be appreciated;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficient/Good command of MS Office and VBA, a must;
  • Fluent in French and English.
