Main responsibilities
- Advise and manage client complaints, disputes and litigation matters at the Swiss and international level.
- Provide support to the various internal departments of the bank on legal matters, including the review and drafting of legal documents.
- Provide advice and draft contracts, bank forms, intrabank documents, internal guidelines and corporate documents
- Advising and managing employment law issues and disputes
- Handling requests from criminal, administrative and civil authorities
- Advice and management of succession cases
- Supporting the credit department
Skills and experience
- Law degree from a Swiss university and admission to the Swiss Bar
- At least 4 to 5 years experience as inhouse lawyer in a Swiss bank
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in
- English and French (German and Italian are an asset)
