We are looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations & RFP Associate for our Client Services team.

Your Role

Investor Relations:


  • Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication including the coordination of investors' questions and requests relating to SUSI Partner Funds and investor accounts, thereby acting as an interface between the organisation and existing as well as prospective clients
  • Take ownership of processes regarding advisory committee meetings, investor calls, ad hoc client meetings: set up meetings, prepare materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and participate in meetings; formulate meeting minutes
  • Take ownership of onboarding and KYC processes for new investors, collaborating closely with external stakeholders. Additionally, coordinate and provide support for KYC requests from investors on SUSI Partners and the funds
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of fund documents (PPM/LPA/Subscription Documents) and coordinating side letter processes; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external law firms
  • Support regular reporting processes (NAV, Quarterly Reports, individual investor reports)
  • Translation of investorrelated documentation to/from German/English as part of the abovementioned processes
  • Actively participate in and take ownership of internal projects
  • RFP Management:
  • Take full ownership of the RFP / DDQ process from prospective investors using a broad set of content items and data
  • Be the owner of SUSI Partners active funds' standard DDQs and handle regular updates; develop RFP content items and data in general, improve efficiency in information sourcing
  • Regularly keep consultant databases up to date with available content items; improve interaction with database providers where necessary

Your Profile

  • Three to five years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity/Energy Transition Infrastructure, in a company with international orientation
  • Three to five years of experience with of RFP / DDQ processes as well as RFP content management
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent tertiary education (Uni, Fachhochschule)
  • Ability to oversee and understand complex and interdependent work streams, setting the right priorities and deadlines, constructively influencing others to deliver on agreed objectives
  • An understanding of the relevant legal frameworks of illiquid funds and experience in handle changes in Fund Documentation is a plus
  • Very good communication skills, openminded, actively manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a strong process orientation that leads to a structured and documented workflow
  • Outstanding organisational skills with handson and team player attitude
  • Accurate and detailoriented with sound judgement and integrity
  • Pragmatic and solutionoriented working approach
  • Proactively tackle new topics and issues with a drive to bring about solutions
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly, demonstrating a structured approach and a reliable way of working
  • Ability to deal with uncertainty, flexible in thinking and acting, adjusting the behaviour to different stakeholders
  • Interest in sustainable energy infrastructure
  • Advanced MS Office skills is a must
  • Fluent in English and German is a must, both oral and in writing, bilingual is a plus
