Green Energy Venture, part of the OE-EN Group, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain.

We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over two decades. Our fields of expertise are

engineering, transaction management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies.

We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects - from their development to grid connection along our
core competencies.

In order to actively support our management in the areas of Engineering and Advisory Services we are looking for a committed personality for our PV-Engineering Department, immediately or by appointment.

Tasks

Responsibility for multitechnology hybrid renewable system designs
Conceptual design of energy generation and consumption systems accross technologies and sites
Collaboration with internal departments such as PV-Engineering, Advisory, PPA and Transaction
Revenue and profit responsibility
Preparation of preproject reports including technical clarifications and specifications of the procurement requirements for the projects
SPOC of the project management contact person for all technical requirements during the approval process
Coordination and negotiation of technical aspects with the project stakeholders involved and controlling of external planners and service providers regarding compliance with our requirements
Maintaining effective and trusted cooperation beyond the boundaries of your own organizational unit and in crossdivisional manner

Requirements:

Leadership skills and experience in managing and operating up to 10 team members
Problem solving attitude and uncomplicated handson character
Bussiness excellence attitude at interacting with C&I and utility clients
A decisive personality with proven management skills. You are used to structuring of packages and processes, further able to empower and support your project stakeholders by clear and effective communication.
Degree in engineering (FH or above) in civil, electrical or environmental engineering, ideally with further training in business administration
Several years of experience in planning, project management, or system maintenance in the energy sector
Proficiency in methodologies for implementing complex and multilayered infrastructure projects along the SIA phases
Familiarity with public procurement management and knowledge of approval procedures at federal level
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English. Further language skills are an advantage.
Enthusiasm for technologyoriented tasks coupled with an interest in business administration
Sales drive, perseverance, solution

- and goal-oriented approach with the ability to understand complex market contexts
