We are looking for an Accounting & HR Specialist to manage our financial processes and keep track of payments, invoices, and budgets.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting processes and excellent organizational skills.
As an Accounting & HR Specialist at MyMountains, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide unique travel experiences across Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.* Handle suppliers and clients invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.* Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting* Prepare and track budgets in collaboration with management* Support with payroll preparationand expense reimbursementsRequirements
* Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting practices* Autonomous structured detail-oriented proactive comfortable workingwith accounting softwareExcelStrong written verbalcommunication skills German&Excellent English Other languages considereda plus*Stellenbeschreibung
