Job Description:

At HPE, we drive innovation that transforms businesses. As a Hybrid Cloud & Services Sales Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team shaping the digital future of our customers in the Retail and Manufacturing sectors.

Your Mission:

• Proactively create new opportunities: Identify and develop solution approaches for Swiss Enterprise customers in Retail & Manufacturing – closely aligned with the account team.
• Pipeline management: Maintain your sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
• Expand solutions: Formulate attractive Hybrid Cloud offerings, increase revenue through up- and cross-selling, and collaborate closely with channel partners.
• Consultative engagement: Build trusted relationships up to IT management level and understand customers' unique business needs.
• Market and trend expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring your knowledge of products, services, and solutions to the table.

If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education…

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• 2–4 years of experience in solution sales, ideally in Hybrid Cloud or IT services
• Strong understanding of products, services, and competitive differentiators
• Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to present complex solutions convincingly
• Negotiation skills for profitable deals
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English
