Job Description:

With an agile and DevOps mindset, we foster a culture of collaboration and personal growth with weekly pair and mob programming sessions, monthly learning workshops and regular technical discussions to continuously improve our systems.

Can you help us do that?

In this role you coach the team to work more effectively and generate better outcomes for the customers of your product.

You partner with product managers to understand the product strategy and participate in discovery activities to better understand customer problems and opportunities.

You create a collaborative and safe environment and help the team find the solutions that help our customers the most.

You will:

• Mentor, guide and coach a cross functional team of engineers (frontend, backend, QA) to help them grow and improve their effectiveness as a team
• Participate in product discovery activities to better understand problems, pain points, needs and wishes of our customers
• Collaborate with product managers, product designers and other engineers to build products ours customers love
• Contribute to solution implementation by performing code reviews and participating in pair & mob programing sessions
• Constantly learn and improve your skills participating in pair/mob programming sessions, workshops and trainings both internal and external
• Recruit and retain talent for your team
• Travel 23 times a year to our nearshore locations (Belgrade)

Qualifications:


Who you are / What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience with React or comparable (VueJS, Angular)
• Strong software development skills (functional programing, test automation, architecture, clean code, CI/CD)
• You are passionate about software craftsmanship and know that the only way to go fast is to go well
• You love learning, developing yourself as well as developing and coaching others
• You enjoy collaborating with product managers, designers and other engineers to build great solutions to customer problems
• You have great English communication skills in both written and verbal form
• Experience leading and coaching crossfunctional teams will be considered a plus
• Experience in backend technologies such as.

NET or java will be considered a plus
