You will be responsible for the technical, budgetary and scheduling aspects and will lead the interdisciplinary project team from the receipt of the order to design, testing/validation and commissioning at the customer's site.
Profile:
- You have an FH/ETH/University degree in engineering
- Experience in project management is essential
- System or requirements engineering
- Project management in the area of drive technology or energy conversion
- Development on V-Model based development processes VDA or A-SPICE
- Basic knowledge of control engineering, drive technology and power electronics
- Basic knowledge of electrical machines
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably also German
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of personal responsibility to solve problems quickly and target oriented
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills to optimize complex systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others, set direction and priorities
- Proactive and open minded
- Ability to handle criticism and conflict
