- Etre le point de contact qualité pour la production, la technique et la logistique au niveau sécurité alimentaire et hygiène.
- Rendre compte de l'efficacité du système de management de la sécurité des denrées alimentaires et de son adéquation : ISO 22000, ISO 9001 et instructions Nestlé.
- Coordonner la conformité au niveau du site et au niveau de l'alignement avec les 3 Centres de Production Nespresso.
- Coordonner la mise en place, l'exécution et la vérification des plans de prérequis, les audits internes et externes, les études HACCP et de la gestion documentaire.
- Coordonner les différentes certifications du site : bio, Kosher, Halal...
- Animer les modules de formation sur l'hygiène, des audits internes, HACCP et la sécurité alimentaire pour l'ensemble des collaborateurs du Centre de Production
- Gérer les non-conformités liées à l'hygiène et à la sécurité alimentaire et être force de proposition pour des projets d'amélioration.
- Interpréter les tendances et les communiquer au sein du Centre de Production
- Diplôme d'Ingénieur en technologie et biotechnologie alimentaire ou formation équivalente
- Français et anglais
- Expérience opérationnelle de minimum 2 ans en industrie agroalimentaire ou pharmaceutique
