    As HR Business Partner EMEA, you will be an integral part of our global HR team and contribute to the implementation of our HR strategy in the EMEA region. You will work closely with the business units to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive employee engagement.

    Your responsibilities:

  • Advising managers on all HR matters, including employee retention, talent management, performance management, employee development and conflict resolution
  • Coordination of all HR business partnering tasks for Switzerland and Germany, as well as a deputy for the United Kingdom
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and HR initiatives in compliance with local legal requirements
  • Responsibility for payroll (incl. payment of the Board of Directors) and processing of fringe benefits for the locations Switzerland and Germany and as a deputy for the United Kingdom
  • Support in identifying talents, succession planning and creating development plans for employees
  • Handling employee complaints and conflicts in order to promote a positive working environment and strengthen employee loyalty
  • Responsibility for the entire HR administration of the region, which is carried out by the HR Operations team
  • Personnel management of the HR Operations team EMEA incl. two HMS interns
  • Participate in global HR projects and support the global Head HR & Talent Management in global HR activities
  • Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or successfully completed further training as an HR specialist, further education in payroll management or social insurance is a plus
  • Several years of experience in an HR business partner role, ideally in a multinational company and with a focus on EMEA
  • Sound knowledge of labour legislation and social insurance
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing for Switzerland, Germany and the United Kingdom
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to solve complex problems and develop strategic HR solutions
  • Pro-active approach to work, resilient, positive and flexible personality
  • Very good written and spoken English and German language skills are a must, knowledge of French a plus
  • Ability to work and prioritise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Professional trainer licence is available
