    Votre fonction

    • Encadrement et suivi d'activités orientées vers le sens et le but sous forme de découverte pratique des domaines professionnels dans une foire de formation et dans des projets.
    • Elaboration de plans d'éducation et de soutien, des évaluations et des rapports.
    • Collaborer au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire.

    Votre profil

    • Formation d'accompagnant-e sociopro-
    • fessionnel-le CFC/DF ou certificat de branche, éducateur-trice social-e ES/HES avec expérience professionnelle.
    • Expérience avec des adolescent-e-s ayant des besoins particuliers.
    • Affinité pour le processus d'orientation professionnelle.
    • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand.
    • Permis de conduire (B).
