- You will assume professional and personal responsibility for managing a team of 5 people in the production systems field
- You will manage production and assembly system projects. In this capacity, you will act as the main interlocutor for other departments (technical office, central methods, etc.), manage cross-functional project teams and ensure the financial follow-up of projects
- You support the improvement and modernization of production facilities
- You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies
- You are in charge of coordinating production KPIs
- You report on activities and results
- You implement the validation, documentation and monitoring of projects, as required by current standards
- You have an engineering degree in IT production systems
- You have a first experience in direct or cross-functional team management
- You have solid experience in software implementation and IT production systems. Experience in project management is a considerable asset
- You have excellent knowledge (C1) of French and English. German is an additional asset
- You stand out for your optimistic and strategic mindset, your openness to change and your communication skills
