- Einholen von Angeboten und Beschaffung von Verbrauchs- und Investitionsgütern
- Bereitstellen von internen Bestellungen (Beverage, Non Food)
- Warenannahme & Warenkontrolle
- Professionelle Lagerlogistik sämtlicher Waren sowie Leergut
- Zuständig für die Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Lagern, Weinkellern und Anlieferungsbereichen
- Erfassen von Warenentnahmescheinen im Warenwirtschaftsprogramm (Materials Control)
- Ordnungsgerechte Archivierung und Ablage sämtlicher relevanter Dokumente wie Lieferscheine, Purchasing Orders etc.
- Planung und Durchführung von monatlichen Inventuren
- Erfahrungen im Einkauf oder Materialbuchhaltung
- Hohe Flexibilität und einsetzbar in unterschiedlichen Logistik-Bereichen
- Spezifische Food & Beverage Kenntnisse
- Stilsicher in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Applicationen (Word,Excel). Mittlere IT-Affinität
