    Job Overview

    This is a 12-month Swiss-based role working within a Quality Engineering Programme Management team to identify ways of improving processes and their outputs at a global scale in a medical devices design and manufacturing environment that changes the life of millions of patients every day.

    Main Responsibilities

  • Working on analysis to identify crucial to Quality projects,
  • Identifying ways of improving Quality processes and their outputs at a global scale,
  • Applying the newest technologies and solutions like Quality 4.0 and AI to design and manufacturing processes,
  • Using analytics to analyze past data to inform decisions in the present and using data science to work with data to build models that can predict future outcomes,
  • Being involved and solve real challenges by the application of the state-of-the-art tools and techniques in a medical devices design and manufacturing environment
  • Supporting and optimising different business processes
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Thorough communication skills, ability to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment
  • Interpersonal skills: Driven and resourceful, can-do attitude, able to prioritize and work under tight deadlines and pressure, without neglecting rigor and attention to details
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies in QA
  • Education and Language Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent in English and preferably German also
