- Planifier et gérer les besoins matériels et humains de vos chantiers
- Organiser les étapes de travaux
- Manager les équipes de production
- Maîtriser l'outil de production et se coordonner avec les services internes
- Assurer la mise en pratique des règles de sécurité
- Assurer le suivi économique et financier des chantiers, métrés, décomptes
- Faire les appels d'offres auprès des fournisseurs et partenaires
- Proposer des optimisations techniques et financières
- Conduire la relation contractuelle de l'adjudication à la réception de l'ouvrage
- Mettre en application toutes les directives, normes de construction et procédures internes et externes
- Vous avez une formation initiale technique de conducteur de travaux
- Vous avez acquis de l'expérience dans la gestion de chantier GO dans des postes d'encadrement du personnel d'exploitation
- Vous êtes autonome et avez une excellente capacité d'anticipation et d'adaptation
- Vous savez gérer les urgences et les priorités
- D'un bon contact, vous savez représenter l'entreprise auprès des directions de travaux et mandataires
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances d'Excel, Word, Project et Autocad
