Job summary
This role is for an assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives including managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.You will be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders coordinating meeting arrangements directing emails arranging business travel tracking expenses using business software applications to prepare reports.
Your tasks include supporting partners in all administrative and organizational matters complex calendar management general inbox organization drafting reviewing editing emails on behalf of the executive creating PowerPoint presentations independently coordinating business trips planning organizing conferences events with up to 200 participants keeping track of budget prioritizing managing multiple tasks requests with attention detail efficiency continuously developing technical know-how soft skills through on-off-the-job training.
