    We are seeking a highly skilled, multilingual telephonist to join our team for a 6 month mission.

    • Maintain excellent communication skills in English, French and Italian with visitors and internal stakeholders.
    • Manage all incoming calls, emails and front office enquiries with professionalism and adaptability.
    • Prioritise tasks effectively, multitasking where necessary to meet deadlines.

    About the Role:

    This temporary position requires someone who embodies strong interpersonal skills, impeccable organisational abilities and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception or customer service roles. Solid proficiency in MS Office tools is also essential.
