Zu unseren Kunden zählen wir führende Investment Banken sowie Nischenplayer, globale und regionale Private Equity Fonds sowie Family Offices.<\/i><\/div>
<\/div> Wir wurden von einem renommierten, international tätigen Investmentunternehmen beauftragt, die Position als Finance Associate (m/w/d) zu besetzen. Gesucht wird eine engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Finanzprozesse im Umfeld von Fonds - und Beteiligungsstrukturen.

<\/span><\/h2>Unterstützung der Finanzleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen, -systemen und -tools<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität im Finanz - und Reporting -Umfeld<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Zusammenarbeit mit Investment -Teams, Finanzabteilungen von Beteiligungsunternehmen sowie externen Administrations - und Servicepartnern<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Unterstützung bei bereichsübergreifenden Sonderprojekten im Finance -Umfeld inklusive Teilverantwortung für deren Umsetzung<\/span>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
Mitarbeit im finanziellen Management von Fonds - und Beteiligungsstrukturen<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

Voraussetzungen<\/h3>
Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil)<\/i>
<\/span><\/p><\/li>
2–3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finance -Bereich oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung
<\/p><\/li>
Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in Reporting, Controlling und operativen Finanzprozessen
<\/p><\/li>
Grundverständnis von Finanz -, Reporting -, Compliance - und Fondsstrukturen
<\/p><\/li>
Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
<\/p><\/li>
Affinität zu IT -, daten - und AI -gestützten Tools
<\/p><\/li>
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Diskretion und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
<\/p><\/li>
Analytisches, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
