New Product Introduction
Our 'Corporate Manufacturing Engineering' department forms the interface between Research & Development and Operations. As a Project Manager
New Product Introduction

you transfer platform elements (basic components such as single components as well as sub-assemblies) and products from any R&D location within Sonova into any mass manufacturing site within Sonova. Further you transfer product and process knowledge to the "Sustaining Engineering" and "Process Engineering" departments (as part of the product introduction and during the ramp-up phase).
Your tasks

NPI project planning with Manufacturing Engineering (ME) departments in regards to resource allocation
Time and Cost correct industrialization of platform components, subassemblies and products, including corresponding processes and manufacturing equipment into any mass manufacturing site within Sonova
Early identification of needed manufacturing technologies and processes to initiate its preparation to be developed and ready for mass manufacturing on time
Ensure design transfer documentation according to Medical Device Regulation
Act as motivator and supporter for each project team member, to enable an efficient and effective collaboration in the team

Your profile

University degree in Engineering or related fields and further education in Project Management is a plus
3+ years of experience in project management preferably in electronic manufacturing and product development in an international environment
Interdisciplinary mindset and high quality orientation
Selfemployed, structured and precise work methodology
Solid social competence to communicate with different hierarchy levels
Open minded, approachable and communicative as well as highly committed personality
Strong command in English (written and spoken) and German
