You will participate in the evolution of the home care and community health sector by responding with us to value needs: TRANSPARENCY – EQUITY – RESPECT – TRUST.Intern in Commercial ProfessionalMissionDuring your year-long internship, you will have the opportunity to discover the Human Resources sector or the Back Office of CMS X Est Vaudois – ASANTE SANA:Human Resources Sector- Participate, under the supervision of the HR manager, in managing the life cycle of around 650 employees.- Contribute to payroll processing for all of these employees as well as tracking absences, notably in relation to social insurance.- Collaborate in updating and creating internal procedures.- Participate in transversal projects within the human resources service.- Perform various routine tasks, including filing, archiving, and document management.Back Office Sector- Participate in the complete process of billing to insurers, from issuing orders to establishing and sending invoices.- Contribute, under the supervision of the center secretary, to data entry and monitoring of activity reports as well as monthly closing.- Ensure follow-up on open client positions and keep data updated.- Carry out routine tasks: managing mail, filing, archiving, and maintaining internal databases and procedures.- Collaborate on various projects at the site.- Ensure physical reception of clients and manage telephone calls for the site as well as for management.LocationMontreuxProfile- Holder of a federal certificate of proficiency (CFC) in commercial employment, you must undertake your professional internship to validate your training in the health field, public service, and associated values.- Acts transparently in their work and demonstrates a sense of equity in handling files and interlocutors.- Inspires trust through professionalism, reliability, and discretion.- Shows respect for clients and is able to work autonomously within a constructive framework.- Good writing skills.We offer- A pleasant, stimulating, and varied working environment within a dynamic and interdisciplinary team that prioritizes human contact.- Qualified and motivated individuals who will accompany and support you throughout your journey.- First-class professional pension (LPP: employer's share).- Professional stability and support encouraging career advancement.- 13 salaries per year and pay equity between men and women according to the collective labor agreement (CCT) of the Vaud parapublic health sector and social and salary benefits, according to La CCT, including 4 months of parental leave and a 15-day leave.- A rewarding, diversified, and comprehensive experience for further studies or professional integration.We look forward to receiving your complete application file containing:- Cover letter.- Reports from the last two years of learning (if available).- Starting date: For more information on ASANTE SANA: jid27c8335aen jit0208aen jpiy26aen
