For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:


Industry | Junior Legal Counsel | Rolle & Remote | 3+ months | 60-80% | Immediately | CHF 90'000

Responsibilities:


  • Draft, review, obtain signatures and coordinate notarization on relevant legal documents
  • Suggest, support, promote and implement initiatives as part of the legal team
  • Cooperate with the legal department on administrative tasks
  • Corporate secretarial work & corporate housekeeping
  • Review of press releases

Experience:


  • Resident of Switzerland
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Completed legal degree or paralegal certification
  • 2+ years' PQE of paralegal experience inhouse or in a corporate law firm
  • Demonstrated experience with reviewing complex corporate and commercial documents
