Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

First point of contact for customers and agents in the processing, coordination and control of enquiries and complaints
Carrying out case prioritization in the assigned support area
Maintaining an excellent customer relationship with firstclass service
Maintaining close contact with the field service and the problem solution teams
Determination of remedial measures for quick and efficient problem solving
Creating warranty material orders and following them up with the customer or the Field Service Engineers
Actively supporting the Field Service Engineers in retrofitting machines, supplying spare parts, carrying out service work and installing new projects
Participation in meetings and events; administrative tasks

Your Qualifications:

Completed basic technical training in the fields of mechanics, electrics/electronics or mechatronics
Solid professional experience in customer service required
Experience in the têxtile industry is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
Serviceorientated team player who enjoys customer contact
Qualityconscious, independent and committed way of working
