On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a Fashion Company leader in the Luxury field, we are recruiting the following profile, to join their Boutique in Gstaad:

SALES ADVISOR / LUXURY BRAND / GSTAAD
-
Duties and Responsabilities:_

  • Guarantee operative functioning of the store
  • Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
  • Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
  • Be an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers' needs and resolve all customer issues
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • Ensure a good work environment
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Assist all sales team members
  • Control of checkout and bank transfers
  • Stock activities
  • Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
  • Qualified Degree
  • At least 34 years of experience in the role of Sales Associate/Client Advisor in fashion/luxury brands
  • Fluent ENGLISH and FRENCH/GERMAN
  • The Knowledge of a third language will be a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent standing
  • Multi tasking abilities
  • Able to work in a multicultural team

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends
