As a Quality Improvement Officer at Cadrans Fluckiger SA, you will play a key role in identifying and analyzing non-conformities within your area of responsibility. You will propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the production cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and address internal non-conformities in your area of activity along with associated action plans.
Pose correctional measures by adjusting or improving existing procedures, processes, controls ensuring follow-up on these actions all through their lifecycle.
In collaboration with other departments we drive innovation from an early stage right up until after product launch taking into consideration not only our own but also our customers expectations. We set goals based upon observations we then put metrics place measure effectiveness formulate new objectives constantly pushing performance upwards so everyone leaves as champions.
