INTRO

As a Regional Sales Manager you will develop and execute the sales and marketing plan in Switzerland and Austria to achieve the assigned sales target across product categories, work closely with Central team and Central Sales Director and are responsible for the Key Accounts in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Generating and processing new sales leads
Delivering customer wow by customizing demos and using playbooks
Key Account management for Germany, Switzerland and Austria
Supporting our partners to receive all the right training and tools they need to reach their stretched annual targets and KPIs
Identifying gaps and providing them with the right guidance to reach our target customers
Main point of contact for partners and introducing them to back office and customer technical support
Delivering our product message through digital mediums and onsite meetings
Finding, evaluating and appointing new partners to new markets
Establishing partner action plans and regular progress checks ensuring that sales targets are met

WHAT DO WE EXPECT

Several years of experience in a similar position
A proven track record in end customer direct sales and channel management
Experience in technology sales or SaaS sales
Driving licence
Highly motivated, flexible and resilient
Fluent language skills in English and German
Using the latest digital tools in sales and marketing
Being able to work independently and willingness to travel frequently
Being adaptable to change within a growing company
