    Architectural Draftsman/Drafter

    The Ghelfi Group is seeking a permanent position for a skilled architectural draftsman/drafter to join its agency in Gingins, Switzerland.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and refine architectural plans (1:100 scale) based on preliminary project plans provided by architects and regulatory requirements.
    • Compile submission files under the supervision of MPQ or CAMAC responsible for execution files.
    • Create detailed execution plans (1:50 scale), including details at 1:10 and 1:20, based on authorized documents from authorities.

    You will work closely with our Development Manager to prepare accurate drawings that meet project demands. Your role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of technical standards, regulations, and construction processes. As an integral team member, you'll participate in site surveys during project development/executions ensuring consistency with synthesized service descriptions validated by clients.
