Cybersecurity & Systems Specialist Junior:

The Cybersecurity and IT Systems Specialist will work closely with the Cybersecurity and systems manager to strengthen the company's cybersecurity and IT systems.

He will be responsible for managing security incidents, support calls from corporate users for various issues related to cybersecurity and IT systems; implement continuous safety improvement strategies across all locations and devices, promote safety culture among employees.

Key responsibilities include:

Security incident management and response
Familiarity with threat intelligence methods and technologies.
Support in the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity solutions, including AI-based approaches.
Development and management of cybersecurity awareness campaigns, with a particular focus on anti-phishing.
Collaboration in the analysis and improvement of the group's cybersecurity processes
Assistance to business users on various issues relating to IT systems
Identification and continuous review of the cybersecurity posture through KPIs

Requirements:

High school diploma.

Previous experience in a similar role of approximately 2/3 years, with in-depth knowledge of security technologies (Firewall, WAF, endpoint security, etc.) and incident management practices but also of IT systems such as servers, backup systems , PC etc to be able to guarantee the implementation of the solutions independently.

Expertise in key security frameworks, with particular attention to ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework standards.

Expertise in the use of advanced tools for security management and incident response, without being limited to specific products or vendors.

Expertise in managing cybersecurity awareness campaigns and anti-phishing techniques.
Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment, with a strong inclination towards teamwork and effective communication.
Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.
