Responsibility:


The Business Development Executive position is a key role responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for the Life Science division.


Job description:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers and markets in the Life Science industry
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the Life Science industry
  • Implementing business development, proposition placement, and sales tactics as a part of the sales team
  • Reaching the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals determined by the VP/client associate
  • Accomplish target lead generation, acquisition, and other sales leadership objectives to establish an optimal sales pipeline
  • Building strong, longterm connections with customers and referrals
  • In charge of administering the complete sales process for all opportunities, including initial client interaction, presentations on site, RFI responses, multiday client workshops, RFP submissions, negotiations, and contract signings
  • Work in close collaboration with Capgemini's presales/architecture team & practice teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet the client's business and technology needs
  • Supporting customers in the initial phase of an order. Continue to manage and maintain full customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the relationship
  • Have strong facetoface communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust

Your profile:

years of experience in sales in the Life Science industry

  • Have strong facetoface communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust
  • Demonstrated successful track records in selling digital transformation, product evolution, the cloud, and data analytics services
  • A positive and driven attitude with a passion for the Life Science industry and helping customer to achieve their goals
  • Familiarity with sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation and closing deals
  • Knowledge and experience with vendor selection processes, including RFI and RFP writing and response management.
  • To identify, mobilize, and managing internal and external stakeholders for revenues generation
  • Comprehend and implement corporate strategy (financials, offerings, segments, target customers)
  • The ability to manage one major or multiple small programs
  • Focus on valuebased selling and highvalue sales models
