Your role*:

As part of our succession arrangements, we are looking to hire a Head of International Relations:

Maintaining and expanding the university partnerships of the SoE
Advising students and employees within the framework of mobility programmes
Holding summer schools and information events
Maintaining and optimising processes relating to international affairs at the SoE
Cooperating with the programme directors and institute heads as well as the various offices working in the area of international affairs at the ZHAW
Organising and implementing regular university visits (travel accounting for approx. 20%)

Your profile*:

Your personality is characterised by an inclusive approach and you hold a university degree in engineering or the natural sciences, preferably with a dissertation.
You have several years of experience in the field of international cooperation in a university or industrial environment and have a good network in this area.
You preferably have experience in one of the SOE's research areas.
You are used to negotiating with international partners in German and English and can represent the SoE internationally. Additional languages are a bonus.

This position will allow you to make an important contribution to the international research and training profile of a leading Swiss university of applied sciences.

With currently more than 100 partner universities worldwide, we provide a good basis for your work.
