Proclinical are recruiting a Quality Management System Manager for a laboratory. This role is on a permanent basis and can be located in Switzerland, France and Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Guide or contribute to group quality internal audits when required.
Assist the countries when required for acknowledging and resolving some of their concerns that needed specific technical and or companywide knowledge.
Enable the discussion and sharing of best techniques and good examples.
Support the special projects and actions when needed.
Contribute to the development and deployment of quality culture from the company's executive management to the whole company.
Responsible for developing the group internal audit program yearly, allocate the quality audit teams, followup with the lead auditors and sites until closure.
When necessary, you will supervise trends and produce reports for management.
When needed, you will prepare written communications and delivery presentations.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in a technical/process engineer/QA field with pertinent work experience ideally within a healthcare setting.
Fluency in the English.
Communication and presentation skills both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with quality management system development at a medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical organisation.
Expertise on quality process mapping and development.
Exhibited prior involvement in guiding and handling multifaceted projects on an independent basis.
Capable of affecting change.
Knowhow in ISO 15189 would be beneficial.
Interpersonal abilities.
Capable of influencing others.
Project management abilities.
An outgoing and dynamic individual.
An organised individual who works well independently.
Capable of resolving uses.
Works well while under pressure.
