Who we are looking for


We are looking for an experienced Digital Lead, designing and coordinating the implementation of digital initiatives to support the objectives of Symbiotics Investments (SYMV).

He/she will report directly to the Group Chief Transformation Officer whilst operating in close collaboration with the entities on daily basis.

The digital lead's main challenges will be efficiently supporting SYMV on its digital needs whilst complying with digital standards defined by Symbiotics Group.

About the Job


Job Description:

Ensure meeting Symbiotics Investments' digital objectives
Participate in the definition of SYMV's target organization and operating model definition
Manage the business analysis team (2pax)
Provide end-to-end project management for digital initiatives
Ensure meeting of business requirements by leading digital solutions providers selection
Ensure smooth implementation and adoption (change management) of new digital solutions
Act as a hub of knowledge and source of truth for managed projects


Responsibilities:

Assist the CEO of SYMV in the prioritization of digital projects and initiatives
Build a digital roadmap and plan throughout the years
Manage resources allocation / tasks prioritization
Design and plan digital projects (based on BA findings / users' requirements)
Run RFI/RFP processes and recommend/select best software solutions / providers
Manage digital solutions implementation and report on the projects progress including risks management.
Coordinate with the different project stakeholders (internal and external)

Your Qualification


Requirements:


We are looking for a dynamic person who is passionate about technology, a team player, a good communicator, while being structured, rigorous and willing to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.

More specifically, you have the following skills and competencies:
Bachelor or master's degree in engineering or finance
Solid experience in project management, with associated certifications (PMP, Agile)
You have experience working in Agile methodologies
You have experience onboarding and working with external digital providers
You have already demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills
You easily build trust with others by being down to earth, realistic and being open to other perspectives and ideas
You pride yourself in providing a great client experience
You can work autonomously
You enjoy collaborating with others to reach common goals
You are comfortable working in an international and multicultural workplace
You can perform in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing demands and priorities
You have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
You have an interest in impact finance and/or sustainable development
You can work comfortably in both English and French.
Swiss/EU National or valid Swiss Work Permit is required
