- Supporting the ward manager in the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the team and acting as a substitute in their absence

- Contributing to the development and support of trainees
- Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to coordinate care and treatment plans

- Educational background as a Registered Nurse with experience in an acute hospital setting
- Independent work with a passion for palliative care and a motivation for continuous development
- Interest in a leadership role and willingness to undergo leadership training
- High social competence with a commitment to interdisciplinary, constructive, and respectful collaboration
- Strong skills in self-organization and setting priorities
- Flexibility in scheduling and openness to various working hour models
