Palliative Care Unit

Your Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Supporting the ward manager in the professional, personnel, and organizational management of the team and acting as a substitute in their absence
• Accompanying and caring for complex palliative patient situations throughout the entire treatment process
• Sharing responsibility for ensuring high-quality, professional care on the palliative care unit
• Contributing to the development and support of trainees
• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions to coordinate care and treatment plans
• Actively fostering a positive team and clinic culture

What You Bring to this Role

• Educational background as a Registered Nurse with experience in an acute hospital setting
• Independent work with a passion for palliative care and a motivation for continuous development
• Interest in a leadership role and willingness to undergo leadership training
• High social competence with a commitment to interdisciplinary, constructive, and respectful collaboration
• Strong skills in self-organization and setting priorities
