In charge of Primary Packaging, your main responsibility is to run all the strategic and operational procurement activities related to the category, being directly involved in cross functional projects and discussions with the suppliers.


How you will create a beautiful impact:

  • Develop strong relationship with the cross functional team and suppliers, in order to be able to support the business and its needs towards innovation, risk management, sourcing set up and availability
  • Maintain and update the supply strategy, taking in account key aspects as innovation and sustainability in the packaging field. Furthermore ensure the strategy is shared between the main stakeholders and the daytoday activities are ran accordingly
  • Negotiate short and long term commercial terms and conditions with Suppliers
  • Monitor supplier service levels to ensure compliance and uninterrupted availability
  • Plan and initiate activities aiming to cost optimization and KPI improvement, according to priorities and targets
  • Conduct procurement data & market analysis
  • Own the tendering process running supplier biddings, RFI/RFPs & evaluating results for a supplier decision from a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) concept
  • Whenever required, discuss and introduce Manufacturing Agreements with Suppliers.
  • Participate and ensure Procurement good practices: continuous optimization of processes, methods, performance measurements, etc.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted within the frame given by internal and external compliance guidelines

What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:

  • Between 5 to 10 years in Procurement, preferably in an international environment and a similar category
  • Degree in business administration or Procurement or equivalent Technical background is required
  • Analytical, structured, resultdriven
  • Ability to lead projects and work Xfunctionally
  • Management of international and including Asian suppliers
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), preferably SAP R/3 (MM module)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cando and goget attitude, entrepreneurial way of thinking, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, leadership skills
